Plan With Me - January 2018
I'm going to be honest with you all! I haven't touched my bullet journal for almost 2 months! My pregnancy just drained all the willpower inside me to be productive, and I'm not even sorry.
I listened to my body and understood the importance of resting for the baby's development, so for almost two months, I did absolutely nothing which explains my silence on social media if you are one of the few who follow me closely. But the other night, while I was on the treadmill walking, I suddenly felt the weirdest urge to be productive! My juices started flowing again that night, and so here we are.
It's 2018 people! So crazy how time is legit moving too fast! I cannot believe I'm nearing the end of my first trimester! I cannot believe that this year, I get to embrace my child. Jorge and I are extremely excited. Anyway, today, I will be sharing with you my January spreads. Nothing much has changed, and of course, the theme of January was inspired by Amanda Rach Lee (@amandarachdoodles). I might have also copied a few spreads from her.
MONTHLY SPREAD - I have been really loving the calendar layout for my monthly overview so I did just that for this month. I messed up with the dates though because my white marker was too thick to write the numbers with. I'm going to need to get something that has a finer tip. I added an area to write my goals in at the right side of the page. I think this will really help push me to accomplish stuff that I wouldn't normally do. I plan to revisit my love for getting lost in books, so that's most definitely a goal that will be written down there.
HABIT AND MOOD TRACKERS - This is one of the spreads that I completely copied off of Amanda. This month, I only added items that I believe are what I truly need to keep track of. I think lessening the things I am tracking will make this spread more effective for me.
WERK PLAN - I think I finally found the best layout for my werk spread. Like I said at the beginning of this post, I'm nearing the end of my first trimester which means I will be getting my energy back, which means I'll be able to do some work finally! I've been off for too long and I need money. HUHU.
WHAT'S IN A DAY - I decided to simplify this page by leaving it completely empty. I will be filling it up per day with short diary-like writings with a bold number corresponding to each date before every narrative. This is the first time I do this so we'll see how well this goes.
WEEKLY SPREAD - And finally, here's my weekly spread for week 1. Absolutely copied Amanda's weekly spread from her January Plan With Me. I love how simple it is. I just wonder whether it's still going to look neat after I've filled up the page. I don't have an internal ruler so I'm sure my writing will be crooked haha.
